When you meet our team

Pour nos familles, nous proposons un premier appel (ou visio) pour bien définir vos besoins et délivrer nos recommandations initiales en fonction de votre schema de garde d’enfant.
For our childcarers, your first step is to meet our Recruitment Team, who will talk to you more about our job opportunities.

You will then both meet our Family Liaison (FL) team.
Pour chaque Famille, un « family liaison » est attribué : un interlocuteur privilégié et permanent pour répondre à vos questions et vous soutenir tout au long de votre parcours avec notre agence.
Childcarers, you will have a follow-up video call with one of our FLs, and, if your application is approved, you too will be assigned an FL who will follow you on your childcare journey with Le Répertoire de Gaspard!
